By downloading, accessing, or using Kitty Math 24, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These terms apply to the current version of the app and any updates or features that reference them, including gameplay, collection progress, parental controls, and premium unlocks.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kitty Math 24 for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform where you downloaded the app.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, resell, or interfere with the app except where applicable law permits that activity regardless of this restriction.
The app is offered on an as-is basis. We may update balance, content presentation, or app behavior to improve quality, security, and compliance.
If premium content is offered, purchase transactions are handled by Apple under its own billing terms. Availability of premium features may depend on successful payment, platform restoration rules, and the continued operation of the storefront.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use of the app by minors and for configuring device-level restrictions, purchase approvals, and screen time settings where relevant.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitty Math 24 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the app or related premium access during the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if required by law, platform policy, security concerns, or misuse that harms the service or other users.
